2016/12 – Interim payments – tanker spills

The Agreement on Standard Terms relating to Interim Payments (2016) was signed on 21 December 2016 on behalf of the IOPC Funds and the International Group of P&I Clubs.

These terms are available for use in incidents which involve ships entered in International Group Clubs and which give rise to claims involving (or potentially involving) the IOPC Funds.
